Energy healing designed to rebalance your chakras, which make up your energy body. Reiki offers a sense of inner peace, relaxation, and harmony while promoting unique insight and emotional healing. Reiki translates to “Life-Force” which is the energy called upon during our session. Reiki is a form of holistic healing and is an entirely personalized and unique experience.

What to Expect During a Reiki Session
Before
Your session begins with an opening blessing for grounding, centering, and protection.
We will go over what to expect during your Reiki session and leave space for any questions you would like to ask before we begin.
For first-time participants, we will discuss your session preferences, including silent or conversational Reiki, soft music, hands-on or hands-off Reiki, and an optional eye mask.
Your chakras will be scanned to better understand the state of your energy system before receiving Reiki.
During
Your experience may vary depending on your preferences for hands-on or hands-off Reiki and a silent or conversational session.

You may experience colors, glowing shapes, or specific and personal imagery during the session.
After
Your energy system will be scanned once more to check that your chakras are balanced before closing the session.
We will talk through your Reiki experience, including intuitive observations and any feelings, sensations, or thoughts that came forward during the session, offering greater clarity and understanding of the work we did together.
Your session ends with a closing blessing.

Reiki knows no boundaries of religious affiliation, or belief system. This is an open space to receive for those who are both familiar or curious in regards the practice. The only requirement is openness to receive.This practice is helpful for those who are looking to recalibrate their energy to be in alignment with their highest and greatest good.Reiki is especially beneficial for those who identify as empathic, and have the tendency to absorb energy or emotion that is not their own. How does distant Reiki work?
Distant Reiki can be performed using the sacred symbols acquired through Reiki Level II certification. With the use of these symbols, Reiki energy can be sent across space and time. This is a great option for those who live farther away or would prefer to receive Reiki from the comfort of a place of their choosing. Distant Reiki can be offered in the present over a live video call, directed toward a future event or time of need, or even focused on the past.
Can Reiki replace medical treatment?
Reiki is designed to be a wellness practice that works alongside conventional medical care and treatment. It is not a replacement for diagnosis or treatment prescribed by a medical professional. I recommend visiting the Center for Reiki Research if you would like to explore the research and learn more about Reiki.
Can I request a Reiki session for someone other than myself?
Energetic permission is a requirement for me to perform Reiki on someone. I cannot give Reiki to anyone who has not given me consent to work with their energy. However, you are welcome to refer someone to me, and I am happy to answer any questions and book with them directly.
Is Reiki a religion?
Reiki is a spiritual practice, but it is not a religion, nor is it affiliated with any specific religious organization.
