Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

Services

Mirror Mirror Energy Work LLC offers spiritual, intuitive, and complementary wellness services, including Reiki, Intuitive Guidance, Oracle Card Readings, Pendulum Readings, Specialized Spells, and Coven Crafting & Card Reading experiences.

Services may be offered in person, virtually, or both depending on the type of service selected.

Booking & Appointment Confirmation

Appointment requests are coordinated directly with Tessa by email or text. A requested date or time is not considered confirmed until Tessa has personally confirmed the appointment.

Additional information, consultation forms, consent forms, or waivers may be required before the scheduled service.

Payment

Payment for in-person individual services is generally collected after the service has been completed.

Virtual services may be processed through the online payment method provided during booking. Payment instructions and timing will be communicated before the appointment when applicable.

Coven Crafting & Card Reading events have separate deposit and cancellation requirements outlined below.

Standard Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

For individual services, at least 24 hours' notice is requested when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Services canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% nonrefundable service charge.

A no-show without notice is subject to a 100% nonrefundable charge for the scheduled service.

Coven Crafting & Group Events

Coven Crafting & Card Reading events require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for these events. This deposit does not include applicable travel fees.

Travel fees are handled separately and are charged after the event unless otherwise communicated during booking.

Additional event-specific terms, disclosures, or waivers may apply to Coven Crafting & Card Reading experiences.

Late Arrivals

Guests are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for the session so that later appointments are not affected.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

Refunds

Once a service has been completed, all payments are final and nonrefundable.

Cancellation-related charges and nonrefundable deposits remain subject to the policies outlined on this page.

Personal Responsibility & Results

Spiritual and intuitive services are personal experiences, and individual results will vary. Mirror Mirror Energy Work LLC does not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, personal, relational, financial, or other outcome from a session or service.

The value and takeaways from spiritual work depend in part on each person's participation, openness, interpretation, reflection, and actions following the experience. Each guest remains responsible for their own decisions, choices, and actions.

Reiki & Complementary Wellness Services

Reiki and other complementary wellness services offered by Mirror Mirror Energy Work LLC are intended to support general well-being and are not a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.

Tessa does not diagnose illness or medical conditions and does not provide medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Guests should continue to work with appropriately licensed healthcare professionals for medical or psychological concerns and should not discontinue prescribed treatment based on a session with Mirror Mirror Energy Work LLC.

Intuitive Guidance, Readings & Spiritual Services

Intuitive Guidance, Oracle Card Readings, Pendulum Readings, and similar spiritual services are intended to support reflection, personal insight, and spiritual exploration.

Information shared during these services should not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or as a guarantee of future events or outcomes.

Specialized Spells

Mirror Mirror Energy Work LLC offers only spells that have been personally curated and made available by Tessa.

Requests for custom spell work outside the available offerings may be declined. Mirror Mirror Energy Work LLC does not provide black magic or spell work that falls outside Tessa's personal and professional ethical standards.

Spell work does not guarantee a specific outcome. Each person's experience, interpretation, and actions remain their own responsibility.

Consent & Personal Boundaries

Consent is required before energy work is performed. Reiki or other energy work will not be performed on another person without that person's knowledge and permission.

Guests may communicate physical, emotional, or personal boundaries before or during a session. For hands-on Reiki, guests may choose to receive the service without physical contact.

Minors

Complementary and alternative healthcare services will not be provided to children under two years of age.

For children between two and eight years of age, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required. Additional age restrictions or parental consent requirements may apply depending on the service requested.

Respectful Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

Mirror Mirror Energy Work LLC is committed to providing a respectful and safe environment.

Tessa reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or reschedule a service when she believes it cannot be provided safely, respectfully, or ethically. This may include threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, unsafe, or severely disruptive behavior, intoxication, or requests that fall outside the scope or ethical boundaries of her practice.

Confidentiality

Personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and handled with respect. Information may also be collected through booking, consultation, payment, or website forms as necessary to provide services.
